In addition, when using particular services or competitions available on this site, you will be subject to any posted rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. Fonthill WatersLtd does not endorse or make any warranties with regard to any such linked sites or the information, material, products or services contained on other linked sites or accessible through other linked sites. Access and use of linked sites is solely at the user's own risk.
Terms of Sale
Delivery
Fonthill Waters Ltd will endeavour to process and despatch your order on a next day basis (details below). Should a product not be available and if it is likely to be unavailable for longer than a week Fonthill Waters Ltd will refund the value of that product and despatch the remainder of the order.
Fonthill Waters Ltd use a third party courier to deliver items. The delivery times are typically from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Should a Saturday delivery be required please contact Fonthill Waters Ltd and place your order over the phone as Saturday deliveries carry a surcharge. There are no Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries. Please contact us if your order is over 30 bottles as it may be subject to a different charging structure.
Orders of 9 x 15l bottles or more are delivered on a pallet; the bottles have handles, but are not boxed.
UK & Eire delivery ONLY
Fonthill Waters’s POWWOW service only delivers to addresses in the UK and Eire. Details of our delivery area and charging structure are set out below.
If you are not within the POWWOW delivery area, but would like to order from Fonthill Waters, please call 0870 0434382 and we can discuss how we can get your order out to you and agree the special charges that will apply.
All payments are in pounds sterling.
Next day delivery
Our standard delivery is on next day basis: orders placed before 12.00 noon will be delivered on the next working day, orders placed after 12.00 noon will be delivered on the second working day after the order is placed.
Delivery surcharges
Delivery to some areas within the UK is more expensive and we apply a postage and packaging surcharge. To find out if these charges affect your delivery address, go through the order process as usual, you will be informed of any surcharge after you have submitted your delivery details, including your postcode.
Charging structure
Our standard charge varies considerably depending on your order. To find out what charges apply add your items to the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. Once you have entered your delivery address your delivery price will be calculated.
Non-UK and Eire orders
POWWOW does not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom and Eire. If you would like to arrange a delivery to an address outside the UK and Eire, please contact the Fonthill Waters Ltd office directly.
Orders placed in error
In the event that an order is placed to an address that we do not deliver to (see above for details), that order is invalid. Whether an order is invalid or not is entirely our decision. If your order is invalid, we will inform you by email sent to the customer email address and we will immediately refund the payment for that order.
Refunds
Should any product arrive damaged or unsuitable for use then please contact us on customerservices@powwow.com within 7 days of delivery for a complete refund. In some cases we will ask for the product to be returned and we will organise its collection at a time to suit. Do not dispose of any such product unless directed to do so by Customer Services or you may not be able to be refunded.
Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us as soon as you can on 0870 0434382 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Where possible we will try and prevent your order from being despatched but as orders are normally processed immediately we may have already packaged your order and sent it to you.
If this is the case then we cannot always stop the goods from arriving as ordered. In such cases, once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 10 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel and return the order within 10 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the item & the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only do this provided you have contacted us and informed us of your intent to do so and the goods have not been opened or damaged.
